In response to the disruption and damage caused by the recent GenZ protests, Shivam Cement has launched a citywide sanitation initiative to help restore order and cleanliness in Kathmandu.
The company, in coordination with the Kathmandu District Administration Office, began the program today by cleaning the premises of the District Administration Office and donating essential furniture to ensure smooth daily operations.
According to Shivam Cement, this effort reflects its commitment to social responsibility. The company pledged to continue providing both manpower and material support for ongoing cleanup and rebuilding efforts in the coming days.
“In these challenging times, it is our duty to assist in the restoration of our community and city,” a company representative stated, adding that Shivam Cement remains dedicated to keeping Kathmandu clean, organized, and safe through sustained volunteer work and community service.
