Citizens Capital Limited held its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Ashwin 2, 2082 (September 18, 2025), at the company’s registered office in Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
The meeting approved a 16% cash dividend from the fiscal year 2081/82 profits. In addition, the AGM ratified the Board of Directors’ annual report, the auditors’ report, and financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statements as of the end of Ashad 2082.
Shareholders also approved the appointment and remuneration of auditors for the fiscal year 2082/83.

The AGM was chaired by Mr. Rajendra Lal Shrestha, Chairman, with Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha serving as CEO. Company Secretary Mr. Ramesh Luitel announced the resolutions passed during the meeting.
