Kamana Sewa Futsal Cup 2025 Concludes; Siddhartha and Lumbini Lift the Titles

Kamana Sewa Development Bank successfully concluded the 5th Season of the Kamana Sewa Futsal Cup 2025 on Saturday, organized to celebrate the bank’s 19th anniversary. The thrilling tournament brought together teams from various banks, showcasing teamwork and sporting spirit.

In the men’s category, Siddhartha Bank clinched the championship title by defeating Prime Commercial Bank 2–0 in the final match. Likewise, in the women’s category, defending champions Lumbini Development Bank retained their crown after edging past Global IME Bank with a narrow 1–0 victory.

As part of its anniversary tradition, Kamana Sewa Development Bank has been organizing the futsal tournament annually to promote camaraderie, fitness, and unity among banking professionals. The winning and runner-up teams were honored with trophies, medals, and certificates presented on behalf of the bank.

The tournament officially kicked off with DCEO Binay Dahal handing over the ball to ANFA referee Anjana Sunuwar during the opening ceremony. At the closing event, Chief Operating Officer Bikash Dhungana distributed prizes to the winners and runners-up.

This year’s competition featured strong participation, with 17 men’s teams and 9 women’s teams competing for the coveted titles. The event also saw the active presence of the bank’s departmental heads, officials, and staff members.

Marking its 19th anniversary, Kamana Sewa Development Bank has also announced a nationwide blood donation campaign scheduled for Thursday, November 27, as part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.
