The Nabil School of Social Entrepreneurship (Nabil SSE) has officially opened applications for its latest cohort of the prestigious Fellowship and Certificate programs, offering a transformative opportunity for aspiring social entrepreneurs across Nepal. The deadline for submission is November 14, 2025.
Designed to address pressing social challenges while promoting financially sustainable business models, Nabil SSE aims to nurture a new generation of changemakers capable of blending social impact with entrepreneurial rigor. The school focuses on key sectors including livelihood, agriculture, skill development, education, healthcare, arts and culture, energy, and community well-being, directly contributing to Nepal’s national development goals.
Fellowship Program: Intensive Social Entrepreneurship Training
The flagship Fellowship Program is a six-month intensive course conducted in partnership with the Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University. Fellows engage in three days of residential learning each month, totaling 18 days of immersive training. Each participant receives one-on-one mentorship for up to a year, providing continuous guidance from classroom to market.
The program equips fellows to:

Develop investment-ready social enterprises or market-ready business plans.

Confidently pitch ventures to investors or financial institutions.

Strengthen leadership and operational skills for scaling their ventures sustainably.
Eligibility requires Nepali citizenship, minimum age of 18, a clear social issue focus, and commitment to 90% program attendance. Accommodation and meals are provided, while participants cover their travel expenses. Instruction is bilingual in English and Nepali.
Certificate Program: Expanding Social Entrepreneurship Education
In addition to the fellowship, the Certificate Course reaches all seven provinces of Nepal through collaboration with local academic institutions. Running for 14 days over three months, the course is designed for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs, students, and professionals.
