RRV Merchant Banking Limited has completed the allocation of units for its “RRV Focus 40” mutual fund scheme on Kartik 26.
The closed-end scheme was open for subscription from Bhadra 18 to Bhadra 24 under the RRV Mutual Fund. Initially, the fund size was set at NPR 1 billion, but due to higher investor demand, the size was increased to NPR 1.25 billion.
The Nepal Securities Board (SEBON) granted approval for the fund issuance on Saun 23. The fund has a 12-year tenure. The bank confirmed that units have been distributed to all eligible investors who applied properly during the subscription period.
