ADBL Provides Swift Support to Affected Government Offices in Pokhara

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has extended crucial material support to three government offices in Pokhara damaged during the nationwide “GenZ” protests on September 8–9 (Bhadra 23–24, 2082).

This initiative is part of the bank’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, aimed at restoring efficient public service delivery at the affected institutions.

Beneficiary Offices and Support:

Each office received essential equipment and materials valued at approximately NPR 100,000. The supported offices are:

  • District Traffic Police Office, Kaski

  • Kaski District Court

  • Malpot (Land Revenue) Office, Kaski

Support Items Provided:

  • Power backup systems

  • Computers

  • Printers

  • Other essential administrative equipment

Formal Handover:

The support materials were formally handed over by Ghanendra Adhikari, Director of ADBL’s Gandaki Province Office, during a ceremony in Pokhara. The event was attended by Judge and Registrar Rajan Khanal of Kaski District Court, representatives of the Malpot Office, and members of the Industry and Commerce Association.

ADBL emphasized that the assistance is intended to help the offices resume essential public services effectively. The initiative ensures citizens can access necessary services without disruption, contributing to local administrative stability and strengthening the economic environment in Pokhara.
