NMB Bank Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with a proposal to distribute dividends. The AGM is scheduled for Poush 24 at the Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Tudikhel, starting at 10:00 AM.
The bank has proposed to distribute bonus shares, excluding a 5% tax on paid-up capital. The current paid-up capital of the company is NPR 21.36 billion. After distributing the bonus shares, the paid-up capital will increase to NPR 22.28 billion.
Currently, the bank’s paid-up capital stands at NPR 18.36 billion, and it plans to distribute bonus shares worth NPR 918.35 million.
The AGM agenda will include the approval of the Board of Directors’ annual report for FY 2081–082, the profit and loss statement, and other detailed financial accounts.
