Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2081–82.
According to the company secretary Preeti Shrestha, the 54th Board of Directors meeting held on Monday at 3:00 PM approved a proposal to distribute 10.1780% cash dividend.
Secretary Shrestha further stated that the dividend will be distributed after approval by the regulatory body, Nepal Insurance Authority, and subsequent passage in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
