Kamana Sewa Development Bank has announced a research grant program for MPhil and postgraduate students. The bank will provide an annual grant of NPR 100,000 each to two MPhil students pursuing research in Economics and Management, and NPR 50,000 each to four postgraduate students in Management, Economics, Computer Science, and Information Technology for research projects.
According to the bank, interested students must submit their proposals along with a recommendation from their respective colleges by March 14, 2026. A selection committee, including subject experts, will evaluate and select the recipients of the grant.
The research projects must be original, reliable, and based on verifiable data, with national and international relevance. Kamana Sewa Development Bank CEO Dinesh Thakali emphasized that the grant will support MPhil and postgraduate students in advancing their research work.
