Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced vacancies for qualified Nepali citizens across multiple positions, offering career opportunities from entry-level trainee roles to senior assistant positions.
The Class D microfinance financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank has invited applications from eligible candidates for Senior Assistant, Assistant, Junior Assistant, and Junior Assistant Trainee positions.
Senior Assistant Vacancy
Candidates applying for the Senior Assistant position must have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification from a recognized educational institution.
Applicants must also have at least three years of work experience in the microfinance sector or be currently working as an Assistant at a microfinance financial institution.
Assistant Position
For the Assistant position, candidates must have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification and possess at least three years of experience in the microfinance sector.
Candidates currently working as Junior Assistants may also apply for the position.
Junior Assistant Opportunity
Candidates applying for the Junior Assistant position must have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent level of education.
At least one year of work experience in the microfinance sector is required for the position.
Junior Assistant Trainee for Fresh Candidates
The Junior Assistant Trainee position requires candidates to have passed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
No prior work experience is required for this entry-level position, making it an opportunity for candidates seeking to begin their careers in the microfinance sector.
Interview and Field Concept Assessment
The institution will evaluate candidates through an interview along with a field concept assessment as part of the selection process.
Candidates selected for the Junior Assistant Trainee position will undergo formal institutional training. Successful candidates for the other advertised positions will be directly appointed after completing the standard selection process.
