Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has introduced a special home loan scheme targeting the upcoming Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath festivals.
The festive offer has been designed to make it easier for customers to purchase or construct residential properties by providing attractive interest rates and flexible financing facilities.
Under the scheme, customers can obtain a home loan at an interest rate based on the bank’s base rate with an additional premium of 0.25 percent.
The bank has also increased the financing facility under the festive scheme. Customers can receive financing of up to 70 percent of the total valuation of the real estate. Meanwhile, first-time home buyers can obtain financing of up to 80 percent of the property valuation.
The special home loan scheme will remain valid until the end of Kartik 2083. After the scheme expires, the bank will apply its standard commercial interest rates and other applicable terms and conditions.
The facility is available through all 176 branches of Muktinath Bikas Bank across the country, allowing customers from different regions to access the festive financing scheme.
In addition to the home loan scheme, the bank has also introduced separate special lending packages for vehicle loans as well as agriculture and small and medium enterprise loans.
The bank has encouraged interested customers to visit their nearest branch for detailed information, personalized consultation and the procedures required to apply for the respective loan facilities.
