Kathmandu: Kumari Bank Limited customers can now enjoy discounts of up to 20% on food and beverages, spa services, and room facilities at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel, following a special discount agreement between the bank and the hotel.
The partnership aims to make hospitality, dining, and recreational services more accessible and affordable for Kumari Bank customers by offering exclusive discounts and additional benefits across various hotel services.
Under the agreement, customers will receive discounts ranging from 15% to 20% on food and beverages at the hotel’s restaurants, as well as on spa services.
Customers who spend a minimum of NPR 15,000 annually at the hotel will be eligible for a complimentary birthday cake. The agreement also includes special benefits for family gatherings and events, with cake and corkage fees waived for eligible customers.
Similarly, Kumari Bank customers who spend more than NPR 50,000 annually at the hotel’s restaurants will be entitled to a complimentary one-night room stay. The hotel will also offer special discounts on its Family Day Out Package and Family Stay Package.
To make the hotel’s services more convenient and accessible, customers will also have access to an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) facility.
Kumari Bank, which has been providing banking services for the past 25 years, said it remains committed to delivering modern, efficient, and customer-focused services. The bank currently operates a nationwide network of 279 branches, 295 ATMs, 41 extension counters, and 40 branchless banking units.
The bank stated that it will continue to pursue similar business partnerships to provide customers with more convenient, affordable, and enhanced service experiences.
