Kathmandu — Himalayan Bank Limited has consolidated its Pushpalal Chowk branch in Morang with its Biratnagar branch as part of the bank’s branch network adjustment.
The bank has issued a public notice informing customers and stakeholders that the Pushpalal Chowk branch, previously operating from Biratnagar Metropolitan City–1, Pushpalal Chowk, Morang, has been integrated into the Biratnagar branch.
Following the consolidation, the Pushpalal Chowk branch has ceased operating as an independent branch, while banking operations have been consolidated under the Biratnagar branch.
The consolidated banking services are now being provided from the Biratnagar branch located at Biratnagar Metropolitan City–2, Golchha Road. The branch adjustment and operational integration officially came into effect on Ashwin 5, 2083 BS.
The bank has assured customers that the consolidation will not disrupt their existing banking services. All accounts and banking services previously handled by the Pushpalal Chowk branch will continue seamlessly through the Biratnagar branch.
Customers requiring further information or assistance regarding their accounts and banking services have been advised to contact the consolidated Biratnagar branch office.
The branch consolidation is part of the bank’s operational adjustment of its branch network, with services now being managed through the Biratnagar branch.
