Chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Kishor Jung Karki, the AGM approved all key financial and strategic agendas unanimously, underscoring the bank’s strong governance and stable position in Nepal’s financial sector.

During the meeting, shareholders endorsed the Board of Directors’ annual report along with the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/082. These included the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement. The AGM also approved the consolidated financial statements of the bank’s subsidiary companies—Prabhu Capital Limited and Prabhu Stock Market Limited—for the same fiscal year.

All proposals presented at the AGM were passed with full consensus, reflecting solid shareholder confidence in the bank’s leadership and long-term direction.

Beyond statutory approvals, the AGM highlighted Prabhu Bank’s growing nationwide presence. Guided by its mission to deliver quality banking services supported by cutting-edge technology, the bank currently serves more than 3.7 million customers across Nepal.

As of now, Prabhu Bank operates through a wide service network comprising 312 branch offices, 269 ATM outlets, and 68 extension counters. This extensive reach positions the bank among the most accessible financial institutions in the country, serving customers from major urban centers to remote areas.

In his closing remarks, Chairman Kishor Jung Karki expressed heartfelt appreciation to the shareholders for their continued trust and support. He also acknowledged the role of the media and other stakeholders in the bank’s sustained progress and growth.

With the successful completion of its 24th AGM, Prabhu Bank enters the latter half of the 2082/83 fiscal year on a positive note, reinforcing its commitment to future digital innovation and physical expansion across Nepal.
