Kathmandu: Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put 12,184 promoter shares on sale. The shares are registered in the name of the institution’s existing promoter shareholders.
Earlier, the institution had issued a 35-day notice inviting applications from its existing promoter shareholders to purchase the shares. However, no written application was received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified period.
Following the lack of applications, the institution has now opened the sale of the shares to other interested individuals and companies as well.
Individuals and companies interested in purchasing the promoter shares can now submit their applications. Applicants are required to submit a written application along with the necessary documents to the institution’s central office in Pokhara.
The application must be submitted to the central office within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The promoter shares will be sold based on the applications received in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the institution.
Interested applicants are required to submit the necessary details and supporting documents along with their applications.
The institution had initially offered the shares to existing promoter shareholders on a priority basis. Since no applications were received during the prescribed period, the sale has now been opened to other eligible individuals and companies.
