IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has announced a 5% cash dividend including tax from the distributable profit of the fiscal year 2081–82 for its shareholders.
Dividend Decision
The decision was made during the 41st Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday at 3:30 PM, according to the company’s secretary, Uma Joshi.
Annual General Meeting
The company has also called its 28th Annual General Meeting to approve the dividend along with other agenda items. The AGM is scheduled for Poush 24, 2082 (January 6, 2026) at Amrapali Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
Paid-Up Capital
Currently, IGI Prudential Insurance has a paid-up capital of NPR 302.93 crore. This move highlights the company’s commitment to rewarding shareholders while maintaining transparency and good corporate governance.
