Nepal Agricultural Development Bank Limited has officially handed over a suite of modern office equipment to the Kathmandu District Court. The support includes advanced computers, printers, and other necessary peripherals, provided under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The handover ceremony took place on Poush 6, 2082 at the court premises. Representing the bank were Deputy General Manager Sushil Humagai, Senior Branch Managers Maheshwor Marhatta and Dhruv Poudel, and Senior Branch Officer Geeta Nepal Sharma. On the court side, Under Secretary Tirtharaj Bhattarai and Branch Officer Surya Prasad Dahal received the equipment.
This initiative comes in response to the damage caused to court infrastructure during the Bhadra 24 protests, which had temporarily disrupted administrative and judicial functions due to destroyed records and office equipment. Through this support, the bank aims to help the court maintain uninterrupted and efficient judicial services.
The newly provided technology is expected to streamline administrative tasks, enhance data security, improve operational efficiency, and support e-filing initiatives.
Agricultural Development Bank reaffirmed its commitment to public welfare projects and emphasized its long-term dedication to strengthening institutions that serve citizens. This contribution highlights the bank’s proactive role in supporting the judiciary and ensuring effective service delivery to the public.
