Asian Life Insurance has successfully concluded the ‘MDRT Achievers Award 2026’ in a grand ceremony, celebrating the outstanding performance of its agents. The three-day agents’ conference and award program, held at Hotel Soaltee, saw the participation of more than 350 agents from across the country.
During the event, the company honored club member agents engaged in direct insurance business, top-performing agency managers leading their agent networks, and agents who qualified for the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) for 2026.
As part of the recognition, MDRT-qualified agents were awarded a laptop each, a cash cheque of NPR 50,000, and a blazer coat. In addition, the company recognized three outstanding club members and three agency managers from across the country for their exceptional performance.
Asian Life also conferred the title of ‘Super Business Manager’ on three agency managers who recorded the highest business volume among those contributing more than NPR 100 million in total business.
In the first session of the program, Head of Marketing Department Home Bahadur Shrestha conducted a training session focusing on the key qualities and skills required to become a successful insurance agent and top-performing salesperson. Similarly, Deputy Head of the Marketing Department, Vijay Parajuli, briefed participants on the company’s investment diversification, incentive schemes, and service benefits available to different levels of club members and agency managers.
Alongside the award ceremony, the program also featured cultural dance performances, comedy shows, and a live musical performance by popular singer Kali Prasad Baskota and his band, adding to the celebratory atmosphere of the event.
