The company has set Poush 18, 2082 (December 31, 2025) as the book closure date for one day. Only shareholders holding shares as of Poush 16, 2082 (December 29, 2025) will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend. The dividend is set at 25% including tax.
Annual General Meeting
To approve the dividend and other agenda items, the company has called its Annual General Meeting on Poush 29, 2082 (January 11, 2026). Shareholders will review the proposal and other key matters during the session.
