Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited successfully held its 9th Annual General Meeting at Amrapali Banquet, Bhaktapur, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The meeting approved a proposal to distribute NPR 1 billion as cash dividend (including tax), which represents 20% of the company’s paid-up capital of NPR 5 billion.
During the AGM, shareholders reviewed and approved the annual report for the fiscal year 2081/082, along with the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, changes in equity, and the cash flow statement.
Company officials stated that the approved dividend not only provides returns to investors but also reflects the company’s strong financial position and commitment to transparency.
