Global IME Bank Conducts Nationwide Blood Donation on 19th Anniversary

Global IME Bank Limited organized a large-scale blood donation program across all seven provinces to celebrate its 19th anniversary. The program is part of the bank’s 19 announced corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The bank marked its 19th year on Poush 18 and entered its 20th year by holding simultaneous blood donation drives at major branches in all seven provinces. The events were conducted at Threepaini in Koshi Province, Bardibas in Madhesh Province, Kantipath and Narayangadh in Bagmati Province, Pokhara Neurod in Gandaki Province, Chauraha Butwal and Nepalgunj in Lumbini Province, Surkhet in Karnali Province, and Dhangadhi in Sudurpaschim Province.

In collaboration with Grandee International Hospital and Nepal Red Cross Society, 558 donors participated in the program. The collected blood will be prioritized for distribution to the underprivileged and low-income individuals.
